Launched and grew the social media community for MGM’s Springfield nightlife and entertainment sector, and spearheaded the development and implementation of a social media outreach strategy.

  • Created and established social media accounts for the nightlife and entertainment sector including Commonwealth Bar & Lounge, Knox Bar, and Topgolf Swing Suite.

  • Focused on three KPI metrics for Instagram: Increasing followers, likes, and engagement.

  • Built an editorial calendar with curated visuals and copywriting; scheduled content using Sprinklr software, publishing 20+ posts a week.

  • Sourced and partnered with vendor photographers to produce high-quality imagery, providing creative direction to align visuals with brand standards.

  • Conducted social listening using Sprinklr software to track and monitor conversations and manage over 1k comments and questions directly.

  • Grew the social media community for each venue, building a combined 4k followers within the first 3 months.
